Mr Romain was President & CEO of MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd (TSX.V: BMK) searching for gold and polymetallic structures within the Sudbury Mining Camp. Prior to this, Mr Romain was the President & CEO of Gowest Gold Ltd (TSX-V: GWA) where, over a 13-year period, he advanced its flagship Bradshaw gold project in Timmins, Ontario from pure exploration to a fully permitted 1,500 TPD operation. Earlier Mr Romain was President & CEO of Norcast Castings Company Limited. During his tenure at Norcast, he held several positions including International Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales & Marketing prior to assuming the position of President in 2001 and then CEO in May 2005. Mr Romain was successful in taking Norcast public as an Income Trust in 2005 and oversaw the sale of the company to a private equity group in 2007. Mr Romain is a past director of MacDonald Mines, Gowest Gold Ltd, the Canadian Association of Mining Equipment for Service and Export and Norcast Income Fund. Mr Romain is also the past Chairman of the Toronto Branch of the Canadian Mineral Processor. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering Technology (1986) from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute and in 2001 completed the Executive Program at Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, Canada.
Ms Roth is an entrepreneur and business leader who founded New-York headquartered Roth Investor Relations in 1987, Ms. Roth successfully expanded this global consulting business through multiple investment cycles by formulating comprehensive shareholder engagement solutions for a worldwide client base. Mining clients have operated mines or explored in North America, Australia, Africa, Europe and South America for gold, silver, platinum, copper, nickel, and diamonds.
Ms. Roth currently serves as a Chairperson of Canadian gold exploration company Maple Gold Mines (TSX.V: MGM, OTCQB: MGMLF) and acts as a strategic advisor to both copper and nickel focused royalty and streaming company Nova Royalty (TSX.V: NOVR) and recruiting and HR solutions firm Brooks & Nelson.
In the public sector, Ms. Roth had served as Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Planning Board Chairperson of Manalapan Township, New Jersey. Ms. Roth earned her MBA in Finance from Fordham University and her BA Cum Laude in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Mr Freedman is an executive within the mining and related services sector and is currently Executive Director of Dynamic Group Holdings Limited (ASX:DDB), as well as serving as Non-Executive Director of Cosmos Exploration Limited (ASX:C1X). Mr Freedman has previously held roles with Rio Tinto Limited, Worley Limited and Emeco Holdings Limited. Mr Freedman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Ms Robson brings more than 25 years’ experience in the listed small to medium market cap space and has held similar roles with Anvil Mining Limited, Brockman Resources Limited and, most recently, Sipa Resources Limited. She is highly experienced in the areas of equity financing, project financing, strategic joint ventures, royalties, acquisition and disposition of mineral assets and other contractual arrangements across a wide portfolio of mineral assets in several jurisdictions with listing experience on the ASX, TSX and HKEX. Prior to this Tara was a senior audit manager with a major accounting practice.
Mr Daxter has demonstrated over 10 years of mining and exploration experience on Australian, African and Canadian Projects. Haydn is a geologist with a broad exposure to remote and challenging projects within the gold, lithium and iron ore sectors. He has held various senior roles in Operations, Project Management and Logistics between 2011-2015 and was an integral part of the resource upgrade, mining and environmental studies and sale of Equatorial Resources Mayoko Project. Haydn is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG).
Mr. Marinaro has over 25 years experience working in First Nations governance, management, and economic development. During his career, Tony has assisted First Nation communities to participate in the economies taking place within their traditional territories through the development of stand alone First Nation businesses, joint venture partnerships and through negotiating Impact Benefit Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding. He has been instrumental in working with First Nations, the industry sector, Municipalities, Provincial and Federal governments to assist in the development of mutually beneficial projects having long term sustainable outcomes. He is a certified Economic Development Professional and holds an Associate in Arts and an Applied Science Degree in Human Services Technology. Mr. Marinaro is a Saulteux/Ojibwe and presently sits on the Board of Directors for the Anishnawbe Business Professionals Association.
Mr Kallio has over 35 years of experience working on exploration, underground and open pit mine planning, scoping and feasibility studies in Canada and abroad. He has been instrumental in the discovery or advancement of several successful projects including the Dome Mine Open Pit (Timmins ON), the Detour Gold Open Pit (Cochrane ON), the Island Gold project (near Wawa ON) and discoveries by Lake Shore Gold in the Timmins Gold Camp.
Ms Batten has over 30 years experience in administration and business management, primarily in the resources and oil and gas industries. During her career, Annette has provided a wide range of support at both executive and technical levels, including JV and permit management, project coordination and logistics, technical and drilling program administration, and liaison with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
Mr Frostiak is a semi-retired seasoned mining individual who has worked domestically and internationally in diverse operations, operating management and project development roles over 40 years. He has been in leadership positions on teams who have delivered three new producing mines for Barrick Gold through all development phases from Scoping studies, Pre-Feasibility studies, Feasibility studies to construction and startup.
