Mr Ian Hume's career in the resources industry stretches back several decades, primarily in the fields of managed fund investments, capital raising and project development. Mr Hume was a Founding Partner of The Sentient Group, a manager of closed end private equity funds specialising in global investments in the natural resource industries. Prior to the founding of The Sentient Group, Mr Hume was a consultant to AMP’s Private Capital Division.
He was also a former director of Andean Resources until its US$3.5B acquisition by Goldcorp.
Mr Stocks is an Engineer with over thirty-five years’ experience in the resources sector, including resource development, mining operations and corporate roles. He has been particularly active in the areas of business optimisation, cost/production efficiency improvements and project evaluation.
Mr Stocks has led numerous companies for the last twenty years, chiefly in gold and iron ore. He was also Vice President of Operations at Crew Gold Corporation, responsible for the development and mining of the Nalunaq gold mine in Greenland. Mr Stocks is also a former director of Iron Road Ltd (ASX:IRD) and Vango Mining Ltd (ASX:VAN).
Mr Keegan is a geologist with a diverse background in operational and corporate roles spanning over 30 years. He was formerly the founder and Executive Chairman of CoalMont Pty Ltd, a founding director of Iron Road Ltd (ASX:IRD), and an Investment Manager at international private equity firm, The Sentient Group (Andean Resources, Rincon Lithium, Norsemont & QGC). He is also a former director of Vango Mining Ltd (ASX:VAN).
His previous roles include senior mining analyst at AME Mineral Economics and operational geology roles at Rio Tinto, Barrick and Western Mining Corporation.
Ms Roth is an entrepreneur and business leader who founded New-York headquartered Roth Investor Relations in 1987, Ms. Roth successfully expanded this global consulting business through multiple investment cycles by formulating comprehensive shareholder engagement solutions for a worldwide client base. Mining clients have operated mines or explored in North America, Australia, Africa, Europe and South America for gold, silver, platinum, copper, nickel, and diamonds.
Ms. Roth currently serves as a Chairperson of Canadian gold exploration company Maple Gold Mines (TSX.V: MGM, OTCQB: MGMLF) and acts as a strategic advisor to both copper and nickel focused royalty and streaming company Nova Royalty (TSX.V: NOVR) and recruiting and HR solutions firm Brooks & Nelson.
Ms. Roth had served as Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Planning Board Chairperson of Manalapan Township, New Jersey. She earned her MBA in Finance from Fordham University and her BA Cum Laude in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
Mr Robinson is an experienced resources executive, having 20 years of experience in the industry ranging from Managing Director to Business Development positions. He is the principal of Churchill Strategic Investments Group, which has financed multiple junior explorers and developers across the ASX and TSX. He currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of RareX Limited (ASX:REE), Executive Chairman of Cosmos Exploration Limited (ASX:C1X), Non-Executive Director of BBX Minerals, Non-Executive Chair of Brazilian Critical Minerals, Non-Executive Director of Kincora Limited and Non-Executive Director Commerce Resources Corp.
Ms Robson joined Ardiden as an Executive and then as a Director from 4 December 2025. She was the CEO between May 2025 and December 2025. She brings over 25 years of experience in the listed small to mid-cap sector, having held senior roles with Sipa Resources, Brockman Resources, and Anvil Mining Limited. She has extensive expertise in equity and project financing, strategic joint ventures, royalties, and the acquisition and divestment of mineral assets. Her background spans a diverse portfolio of commodities and jurisdictions, with direct listing experience on the ASX, TSX, and HKEX.
Mr Fitzgerald is an experienced executive with a wealth of expertise spanning more than two decades in the resource industry. Prior to joining Indiana he served as the Finance and Commercial Manager at Saracen Minerals, an ASX 100 mining company, making significant contributions over several years. Following this successful tenure, he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at a privately owned resource investment company.
Mr Marinaro has over 25 years experience working in First Nations governance, management, and economic development. During his career, Tony has assisted First Nation communities to participate in the economies taking place within their traditional territories through the development of stand alone First Nation businesses, joint venture partnerships and through negotiating Impact Benefit Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding. He has been instrumental in working with First Nations, the industry sector, Municipalities, Provincial and Federal governments to assist in the development of mutually beneficial projects having long term sustainable outcomes. He is a certified Economic Development Professional and holds an Associate in Arts and an Applied Science Degree in Human Services Technology. Mr Marinaro is a Saulteux/Ojibwe and presently sits on the Board of Directors for the Anishnawbe Business Professionals Association.
Ms Batten has over 30 years experience in administration and business management, primarily in the resources and oil and gas industries. During her career, Annette has provided a wide range of support at both executive and technical levels, including JV and permit management, project coordination and logistics, technical and drilling program administration, and liaison with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
