Non-Executive Chairman/ Joint Company Secretary
Mr Hackett is a professionally qualified ASX200 senior executive with 20 years practical experience with mining entities, diversified industrials, financial services, and the ASIC. Mr Hackett is currently Non-Executive Director of Calima Energy Ltd, John XXIII College Inc. and WestCycle Inc. Mr Hackett is also an experienced company secretary with current and previous roles including Ampella Mining Ltd, Steel Blue Pty Ltd, Modun Resources Limited and Sundance Resources Limited. Neil holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a Fellow of FINSIA, and a Graduate (Order of Merit) with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr. Michelle Li
Dr Li, who has more than 20 years of international mining experience including senior executive roles with mining companies such as Grange Resources, Citic Pacific, Rio Tinto and Iluka Resources, brings valuable technical and operational expertise to the Company as it advances its key lithium and graphite projects in Canada to the next stage.
She holds a PhD of metallurgical engineering from the University of Queensland, and also has a Bachelor degree and a Master's degree of mineral processing engineering from the China University of Mining Technology.
Her distinguished career has included stints with leading global mining companies Rio Tinto and Hamersley Iron in R&D roles, with Iluka Resources at its Eneabba operations, with Rio Tinto Iron Ore working on its Pilbara iron ore expansion projects, and with Grange Resources and Citic Pacific Mining.
She is currently non-executive Chair of Grange Resources, an ASX-listed mid-tier iron ore producer, and previously held non-executive board positions with Sherwin Iron and Orion Metals.

Mr Spitalny is a well-respected exploration geologist who holds over 25 years' experience in mineral exploration focusing on lithium, manganese, copper, nickel and gold, and has worked in various mining jurisdictions which have included Australia, Canada, South America, Africa and Europe.
Most recently, Mr Spitalny completed investigations for AVZ Minerals Ltd on its Manono Lithium Project in the Democratic Republic of Congo and was the first geologist to recognise that there were three types of pegmatites present at Manono. His recommendations of exploration priorities and strategies have been implemented and he continues to provide his services as Competent Person during the resource-definition drilling being completed on the Roche Dure pegmatite.

Non Executive Director
Ms Gately has more than 20 years' experience in international investment banking, specialising in the Asian region, where she held senior positions with CitiBank, BNP International, Merrill Lynch, BZW Asia and the Asian Development Bank in the areas of research, economics and investment strategy.
Ms Gately currently serves as the Executive Chairperson of SGX listed Alliance Mineral Assets Ltd, a 50% joint venture partner in the Bald Hill Lithium-Tantalum Project in Western Australia, which recently commenced production. Ms Gately joined Alliance Mineral Assets in 2011 and has been instrumental in driving the progress of Bald Hill through various feasibility studies, the joint venture with Tawana Resources, and into production.

Ms Lyons is a Chartered Secretary with 15 years' experience working in the stockbroking and banking industries. Jessamyn is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia, having recently completed her Graduate Diploma of Corporate Governance and she holds a Bachelor of Commerce with the University of Western Australia with majors in Investment Finance, Corporate Finance and Marketing.
Jessamyn is currently also Company Secretary for Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited and a Director of Everest Corporate Pty Ltd. Over the past 15 years, Jessamyn has held positions with Macquarie Bank, UBS Investment Bank (London) and more recently Patersons Securities.
